Former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, has denied claims that he accused President Bola Tinubu of involvement in the murder of Funso Williams.

In a statement on X, Fani-Kayode said Omoyele Sowore falsely attributed the claim to him in a defamation defence.

He clarified that remarks made during the 2015 election were misinterpreted and later retracted.

“I never said Tinubu killed Funso Williams,” he stated.

Fani-Kayode described the revival of the issue as desperate and misleading.
