Suspected Fulani herders have attacked motorists on the popular Sapele-Effurun road in Delta State on Saturday.
During the attack, the herdsmen kidnapped an unknown number of travellers, according to witnesses who pleaded anonymity.
The herdsmen attacked them in large numbers, hit him with a gun, and whisked away his family, according to one of the injured victims.
The victim also claimed that occupants of other vehicles were kidnapped in a video shared by Warri Aproko Special.
