FUOYE Student Union Executives meet with Ekiti technical advisor on sport development
The Student Union Executives of the Federal University of Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE) in Ekiti State, met with the Technical Advisor on Sport Development, Dr. (Mrs.) Olusola Osetoba is in her office today.
During the meeting, the student leaders presented a proposal for the organization of a FUOYE Sport Festival, aimed at promoting sports development and unity among students.
Dr. Osetoba, who welcomed the initiative, offered valuable advice and guidance on how to successfully plan and execute the event. She also pledged her support for the project, ensuring that the students receive the necessary backing to make the festival a reality.
Furthermore, Dr. Osetoba revealed plans to visit higher institutions across the state, as part of efforts to promote sports development and engage with students.
The meeting was seen as a positive step towards fostering a stronger relationship between the university administration and the student body, while also promoting sports development and student engagement.
