The presidential candidate for All Progressive Congress (APC) has lost is stronghold home to the Labour party Presidential flagbearer Mr Peter Obi
Peter Obi who defeated the Jagaban of Lagos, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in is stronghold home with a narrow margin after the votes were calculated from all the 20 local government that constitutes the state.
The former Lagos State Governor, polled a total vote of 572,606 as Peter Obi the former Anambra State Governor, won the state with a total number of 582,454 with a margin of 9,848 vote interval
Meanwhile the People Democratic Party, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar come behind the two candidates with a total votes of 75,750.
