As Kano North journalists under the aegis of ” Kano North Journalists Forum (KNJF) held a general meeting, in a communique issued by the forum Monday called for a collaborative efforts towards the transformatiin of the area through the provision of the dividends of democracy.
In the communique, the forum urged the executives and the security agencies to ensure that all Katsina-Jano border communities are secured to a more secured domains and to Consider the execution of projects that are more important to the people of all categories especially rural infrastructure.
Furthermore, Kano North Journalists called on the Kano State government to expediate action toward the completion of Five Kilometre road in Bagwai, Tsanyawa, Ghari, Shanono, Makoda, Rimingado and Zakirai the Headquaters of Gabasawa Local Government for rapid socio economic development in the areas.
In addition to above mentioned demands, KNJF directed members of the forum to intensify seeking reports that are vital to the humanity within their area of duties and constitute committees and sub-committees in order to ensure that all ongoing projects are being shared due to assess the leadership performance across Kano North zone.
Similarly, a routine projects inspection within the 13 local government areas of Kano North senatorial District would be made to encourage satisfactory execution of developmental projects.
The general meeting which was held under the leadership of the Forum’s caretaker chairman Malam Shu’aibu Sani Bagwai was well attended by the members across the Kano North zone, while the communique was signed and issues by Jabir Hassan, Abdulmumini Abubakar Tsanyawa and Ahmad Adamu Rimini Gado respectively.
