Insecurity: Zamfara Police strengthens collaboration with communities, assures prompt response

In an effort to deliver efficient services and strengthen intelligence collaboration with communities in Zamfara state, the Police command under the leadership of CP Ibrahim Balarabe Maikaba, psc+, held a Stakeholders’ Meeting in Commemoration of Customer Service Week 2025.

In celebration of Customer Service Week 2025, the Commissioner of Police, Zamfara State Command, CP Ibrahim Balarabe Maikaba, psc+, today, October 11, 2025, hosted a critical meeting with key stakeholders at the Police Command Headquarters, Gusau.

According to the statement, the meeting served as a platform to recognize the importance of customer service in policing and to reinforce the Command’s commitment to delivering professional, transparent, and community-driven services to the good people of Zamfara State.

In his opening remarks, CP Maikaba emphasized the vital role of collaboration between the police and the public in enhancing trust, improving service delivery, and ensuring lasting peace and security in the state. He reiterated that the Command remains committed to upholding the core values of integrity, accountability, and service excellence.

The interactive session featured valuable contributions from community leaders, civil society representatives, traditional rulers, and members of the business community, all of whom commended the initiative and pledged continued support for the efforts of the Nigeria Police Force in the state.
