34 years old Chukwuemeka Chigaemezu Stephen, in hiding over agitation, insecurity
Insecurity from Farmers/Herders clashes and activities of unknown gunmen has been going in many parts of Nigeria despite government efforts to eliminate the problems.
Our Correspondent gathered that In 2012 that lPOB was formed, which Chukwuemeka Chigaemezu Stephen, Native of Umuokparafor, Umunoha in Mbaitoli LGA, Imo state, Nigeria joined in 2017 and was arrested twice, spent one week in detention, later released and was rearrested two weeks later. He spent another two weeks in detention, but luckily, he was not found guilty and was released as an innocent person. He became a target of unknown gunmen that kidnapps for ransom and also to Fulani herds – men who were rearing cows in his father’s farmland.
His problems doubled due to the insecurity and activities of headers. He survived two assassination attempts,His family house burnt on the night of 15th October ,2018, and his parents and his sibling killed.
CHUKWUEMEKA CHIGAEMEZU STEPHEN was lucky to escape alive from unknown gunmen, security operatives, and farmer/header clashes that are ravaging almost every part of Nigeria.
Security operatives are still looking for him, including unknown Gun men that tried to kidnap him on three occasions but failed and now marked him for total assassination.
Authority that may have him in their custody to please treat him kindly as innocent agitator and one that exposed activities of unknown Gun men and equally asking for peace, justice and certain rights and privileges and to grant him protection, because his escape from home was to save his life and will certainly face persecution and death if returned home.
