The Center For Anti-Curruotion And Open Leadership (CACOL) has interacted with the Nigerian workers on the occasion of this year’s international worker’s day celebrations, which is an annual event.
The chairman of the centre MR. Debo Adeniran, in a press statement he signed and issued to newsmen, commended the Nigerian workers for being more dedicated to the development of this great nation despite many challenges affecting labor issues.
Adeniran stated, “On this historic occasion of International Workers’ Day 2025, we stand in unwavering solidarity with you, the backbone of our nation’s progress”.
He added that “Your resilience, dedication, and tireless efforts continue to drive Nigeria’s economy, sustain our communities, and shape a brighter future for generations to come”.
Mr. Debo Adeniran lamented that Despite the challenges faced, economic hurdles, workplace inequities, and the ever-evolving demands of a dynamic world, you have remained steadfast, proving time and again that the labor of Nigerian workers is the true engine of national development.
“Today, we honor your sacrifices and celebrate your achievements. We reaffirm our commitment to fighting for fair wages, safe working conditions, social justice, and the dignity you rightfully deserve”. He emphasized.
Furthermore, he stressed that the struggle for workers’ rights is far from over, but together, in unity and determination, we shall prevail.
“As we mark this day, let us remember that “An injury to one is an injury to all.” May the spirit of solidarity continue to guide us toward a Nigeria where every worker is valued, protected, and empowered”. He concluded.
“CACOL Wishing you a Happy International Workers’ Day 2025! The struggle continues, but victory is certain! Yours in Solidarity, Debo Adeniran Chairman, CACOL”.
