The Speaker of the Kano State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Jibril Ismail Falgore has extended his heartfelt felicitations to His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kano State, Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf, on his 62nd birthday.
In a statement signed and issued to newsmen by Kamaluddeen Sani Shawai, spokesperson for the Rt. Hon. Speaker, on Sunday, Falgore portrayed the Executive Governor of Kano, Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf was an exemplary and courageous leader who has not been distracted from serving the good people of Kano State, despite a series of legal and political challenges both within and outside the state.
“As a man of dignity and honor, you have shown an unwavering commitment to the overall development of Kano State since you became Governor.
“Kano people have witnessed unprecedented achievements in both physical and human capital development, especially in the areas of education, provision of healthcare services, agriculture, women and youth employment and empowerment, as well as the provision of critical infrastructure across the state.
Furthermore, Falgore expressed that, on behalf of the Honourable Members, he wishes to reiterate their unwavering support and commitment to continue standing by His Excellency, Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf’s administration is committed to their collective resolve to elevate the State to greater heights.
While wishing you a special birthday filled with success and joy, I pray to Allah to continue enriching you with strength and wisdom to pilot the affairs of our State, Falgore added.
