OYO STATE POLICE COMMAND, HAS PARADED SOME SUSPECTED KIDNAPPERS FOR ALLEGEDLY KILLING A MINOR IN SAKI TOWN
The development was conveyed through a press statement issued by the State Police Public Relations Officer;SP Adewale Osifeso. Copy of the statement made available to journalist stated that “it is an established face that Oyo State Police Command maintains a zero tolerance policy towards crime and all sorts of criminality. The Dragnet of the Oyo State Police Command on Monday 7/3/22 caught up with the duo of Abdulrazak Waliu, who is 23 years of age,and Abdulrazak Illias;18 years who allegedly abducted and murdered an eight year old minor. On the 5th of March 2022 at about 8:00am,Bamimore Abdulafeez reported that on 4/3/22 at about 12:00pm when his twin children, One Bamimore Abdulraheem and the other Bamimore Abdulai returned from school. One of them named Bamimore Abdulraheem went out of the house after being lured by the duo of Abdulrazak Waliu and Abdulrazak Illias to an undisclosed location, and all effort made to see the victim prove abortive, then the Police were involved. On 7/2/22 a search party was organised and in the process, the lifeless body of the victim named Bamimore Abdulraheem;8 years was found inside an uncompleted building at Alubarika area Saki.After several investigation and interrogation, Abdulrazak Illias and Abdulrazak Waliu all confessed to having conspired to kidnap the innocent Victim for ransom but eventually he was killed due to the fact that he recognized them and could identify them which would become a great threat to them.
